The Excel Migration Add-in itself doesn't support this kind of derived/lookup-based cell logic during import. A plain Excel-side VLOOKUP formula, or a macro converting entered values before loading, can partially help within the spreadsheet itself, but for genuinely reliable, more complex derivation logic during the actual import, use the traditional Migration Job's MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA procedure instead of Excel Migration — this lets you put an arbitrary nested SELECT-style expression directly into the Source column mapping for a target field, letting the import derive one field's value from another entered value at load time, which isn't achievable through the Excel Migration path.
