This is very often a client-side display-state issue, not a genuine data or permissions problem — actions like RMB > Reset Current View or hiding/showing columns get saved into whichever profile was active when you last properly logged off, and that saved state can end up hiding rows or columns on a later login without it being obvious anything changed. If you briefly see the data flash before it seems to disappear, that's a strong sign the data and permissions are actually fine and it's a display/profile-state issue hiding it. Separately, the Debug Console (press Alt to reveal the menu bar, then Tools > Debug Console) is the general tool for capturing exactly what's happening around an action like this — turn it on right before reproducing the issue and check it immediately after.
