Don't assume multi-tenant (CDB/PDB) architecture is supported just because the underlying Oracle version is — check the specific application generation's supported-platforms documentation for explicit container-database support, since a compatible Oracle version number alone doesn't guarantee the application supports being deployed inside a pluggable database.
