Creating a brand-new MWS instance on a server where a previous MWS instance existed and was removed (replaced by a cloned setup) fails with a WLST/Jython domain-creation error during the post-install step. What resolves this?

Rather than continuing to troubleshoot the failed fresh-instance-creation path directly, use the platform's own Backup function instead: restore from a backup taken of a working equivalent instance, then delete that restored instance and create a fresh new instance from that same clean, already-restored starting point. This sidesteps whatever leftover state from the prior removed instance was causing the direct fresh-instance-creation attempt to fail.
