This points to a problem with the Build Home itself rather than Developer Studio — an 'index not found' message next to the Build Home node specifically means its index is missing or corrupted. Pointing Developer Studio at a different, known-good Build Home (or having the Build Home's index regenerated) resolves it, rather than looking for a Developer Studio-side fix.
