Answer
Bugs in IFS Cloud are handled through the same process as legacy IFS products: issues are reported by customers through Service Now, evaluated by IFS Support, and passed to R&D if confirmed as a core-product problem. Unlike legacy products (which had LCS-based bug tracking), there's no separate searchable database of reported/fixed Cloud bugs — the way to check whether something has already been reported or fixed is searching IFS Community, where there are dedicated discussion threads per release and per Service Update. Corrections reach an environment only by applying the relevant Service Update or Feature Release — individual point-fixes outside of a Service Update/Feature Release aren't how Cloud corrections are delivered. Partners without direct Jira/R&D system access are expected to rely on the same Community-published material to verify whether an issue is already known before reporting a new one through Service Now.
