Answer

There isn't a dedicated -cust variant for deploy.ini — instead, take a copy of the core deploy.ini, edit it directly with your required changes, and include that edited file in your customization folder within the build place. The deploy.ini found in the customization folder takes priority over the core one at deployment time.
