No — this has been explicitly confirmed by IFS Product Architecture as a hard framework limitation: system-generated default projections cannot be modified, and custom actions can't be added to them under any configuration or workaround. Where a custom action is genuinely needed, build a separate custom projection instead (which does support custom actions) rather than continuing to look for a way to extend the auto-generated one.
