Yes — use the Page Configurations page, which lists every configured standard and custom page (identifiable by page type), and add the ones you need to an Application Configuration Package (either an existing one or a new one). From the Application Configuration Package page, you can then use its Import and Export options to move that package's configurations — including your page configurations — between environments.
