Statspack is installed and managed via standard Oracle-provided SQL scripts already present under the database's own Oracle Home installation, nothing IFS-specific: spcreate.sql to install it, spauto.sql to configure automatic periodic statistics gathering, sppurge.sql to purge old collected snapshots, spdrop.sql to fully remove it, and spreport.sql to generate a performance report from collected snapshots. An ad-hoc single snapshot can also be captured on demand at any time by directly executing statspack.snap.
