Output Channels can be pushed to end users through Profiles rather than configuring each user one at a time — set up the Output Channel configuration in a (base) profile's Output section, and any user assigned that profile inherits the Output Channel automatically. This is the standard mechanism for rolling out a new Output Channel to a group of users at once, per IFS's own User Profiles / Output documentation.
