Is there a way to enable/assign a specific Base Profile to a large number of users all at once, instead of opening each user's individual profile settings one by one?

Answer

Yes — go to User Profiles, click 'List Base Profiles,' right-click the relevant profile and choose 'Show Details,' then go to its 'Assigned to Users' tab. From there you can add multiple individual users or entire user groups to that Base Profile in a single action, rather than assigning it one user at a time through each person's own profile settings.
