Answer
Use a database IDE's built-in view-source feature, for example in PL/SQL Developer, typing the view's name in full and Ctrl+right-clicking it to view its definition, or the equivalent 'view the view's definition' feature in whichever SQL tool you're using. As a universal fallback usable from any SQL tool, directly query the Oracle data dictionary instead: SELECT text FROM dba_views WHERE view_name = '<VIEW_NAME>', which returns the view's full underlying SQL text, which can then be copied and recreated as an equivalent IAL in another environment.
