Is there a way to permanently configure a Kubernetes ephemeral-storage limit for a specific deployment (like a reporting pod that keeps crashing from an eviction) so it survives future delivery installations?

Answer

This isn't currently exposed as a supported, persistent configuration option — editing the deployment directly (for example, via kubectl edit deploy) works as an immediate fix for a pod hitting an ephemeral-storage eviction, but expect that change to be overwritten by the next delivery installation rather than being retained automatically, since deliveries aren't currently aware of this kind of manual per-deployment override.
