In SQL Developer (or an equivalent tool), log in as the Application Owner and look for an "Other Users" section in the connection tree — expand it, find the IFSINFO schema, expand its Views, locate the IAL by name, and open its SQL tab to see the underlying view definition; IALs are exposed as views under the IFSINFO schema rather than under the application-owner's own schema, which is why they don't show up where you'd normally expect to find them.
