This is a standard Oracle-native database migration, not something IFS-specific, and the right approach depends mainly on your Oracle version: RMAN Cross-Platform Migration or the Oracle Data Pump utility are both recommended for newer Oracle versions (11g and above), while the older EXP/IMP utilities are the recommended approach specifically for older Oracle versions where the newer migration tools aren't well supported.
