This happens when a page's saved configuration still references a UI element (like a card) whose metadata no longer exists — commonly after an upgrade or SU changes what's available. Navigate to a blank Page Designer session for the affected page (using the page-designer URL with that page's name), then drill into All Pages → Pages → Form → Content to find and delete the specific missing/corrupted element from that page's configuration, rather than trying to fix it from the front-end page itself.
