This has been confirmed resolved as a platform fix across specific Cloud releases — a print job stuck in Error/Remote Working status blocked from deletion by a PDF Archive reference on one release version was deletable again without any configuration change after upgrading to a later release (in one confirmed case, upgrading resolved a print-job-deletion block that had been present since 23.1.6). If you hit this exact blocking behavior, check whether upgrading to a more current release resolves it before looking for a workaround, since it may be a version-specific platform issue rather than something you need to work around through configuration.
