It takes three parameters: the site/contract, the part number, and a configuration ID (use '*' for parts that aren't configured) — for example, Inventory_Part_Config_API.Get_Latest_Purchase_Price(contract_, part_no_, '*') — and it resolves the latest purchase price for that specific part configuration from the underlying inventory-part-config data.
