Answer
There's no China-hosted version and no plans to offer IFS Cloud services from within China — China's technical and legislative controls over internet traffic (commonly known as the Great Firewall) can slow or block access to resources hosted outside the country, including cloud application traffic, so users connecting to a globally-hosted IFS Cloud environment from within China may experience degraded performance or intermittent access issues. There's no official recommended connectivity strategy from IFS, but a third-party managed connectivity or VPN-based service (specific known options include managed internet access services or VPN-based solutions that work over a customer's existing internet connection) can mitigate this for problematic cases — this is fundamentally a network/connectivity planning problem to solve with your own infrastructure or a specialized third-party provider, not something configurable within IFS itself.
