When running an Update Analyzer and it flags certain files as "No Impact," is it safe to skip detailed verification of those files entirely to save time?

Answer

Generally yes, files flagged No Impact in any layer can be skipped without re-verifying them individually — but be aware this isn't an absolute guarantee: a No Impact classification can still turn out to matter in unusual cases (for example, where earlier customization practices weren't followed correctly), so treat it as a low-risk shortcut rather than a zero-risk one.
