Where can IFS Connect's own log output (like for troubleshooting a stalled SFTP reader that isn't picking up files) actually be found in a Cloud environment, since documentation on this is sparse?

Answer

For a Remote (customer-managed infrastructure) deployment, the connect log is written to a file (commonly named for the ifsapp-connect component) collected under the Remote Log Client's log directory on the Windows Management Server, or it can be read directly from the cluster with kubectl logs targeting the ifsapp-connect pod/label in the relevant namespace. On IFS Managed Cloud, you don't have direct access to pull these logs yourself — request them from IFS by raising a support case instead.
