Subscriptions can be set up on Customer Order header fields, but the subscription option doesn't appear to be available for individual order line details — is there a way to enable it at the line level?

Line-level subscriptions are already enabled — they're just accessed differently than at the header: right-click (RMB) directly on a specific order line, and the subscription option appears there for that line's fields, rather than being toggled on globally the way header-level subscriptions might suggest.
