Use SHPMNT_HANDL_UNIT_WITH_HISTORY instead — it returns handling unit information regardless of the shipment's status, and works on both Apps10 and IFS Cloud. The underlying data model genuinely changed during the upgrade: the two tables the old view was built on (shipment_handling_unit_tab and shipment_package_unit_tab) were both consolidated into a single table, shipment_line_handl_unit_tab. Key column mappings from the old structure to the new one: package_unit_id became handling_unit_id; both pallet_type (from the handling-unit table) and package_type (from the package-unit table) became handling_unit_type_id; and handling_unit_weight became operative_gross_weight.
