No — Aurena Agent's scope is specifically Document Management-related client-side operations: opening files, printing, copying a file to a location on the client machine, sending document files by email, checking in a view copy of a document, and executing macros. It's used within a specific set of Document Management-related pages/assistants (like DocumentRevision, DocumentRevisions, Approvals, DocumentFolderNavigator, and similar) to support those operations — it isn't a general-purpose mechanism for launching arbitrary external applications with custom parameters from any command group.
