This is commonly caused by the Aurena Agent (a local helper for browser integration) being installed and enabled for that environment — the drag-and-drop area is deliberately not enabled in that case, largely due to how modern browsers restrict drag-and-drop across that kind of local integration, not a bug or a missing setup step.
