Not directly through the print dialog's own output filename, but a practical workaround is to use a Report Rule that, at print/post time, checks the generated PDF into Document Management with a filename built from the document's own data points (like the invoice number). The Report Rule action lets you construct that filename dynamically from the report's data, so once it's attached to the record with the meaningful name, the user just downloads that stored copy instead of relying on the print dialog's own filename.
