Answer

No — FSM deliveries on Managed Cloud are handled only through scheduled delivery windows, not an on-demand or scriptable API-triggered mechanism. If automated version tracking is needed, it has to be built around the known scheduled-delivery cadence rather than by polling or triggering an update through an API call.
