As of recent releases, dynamic scheduling generally expects each occurrence of a recurring activity to be created as its own separate activity rather than offering a built-in repeat/recurrence concept — if recurring orders originate from cyclic scheduling or an external system, expect to generate the individual occurrences yourself before they reach dynamic scheduling.
