A background job for internal EDI/MHS message processing runs every minute, but it doesn't appear in Database Task, Database Process, or Database Schedule — where do you actually change how often it runs?

This isn't a Task-Scheduler-managed background job at all — the IN and OUT connectivity queue polling frequency is controlled by two dedicated System Parameters instead. Look there rather than in the usual background-job screens to find and adjust how often these connectivity queues run.
