'Released' (rather than 'Failed') generally points to the underlying send queue itself being stopped, rather than anything wrong with an individual message — check whether the relevant message queue is in a stopped state and restart it if so; messages already marked Released should then resume processing once the queue is running again. If the queue is running and messages are still stuck, or the problem recurs, it's worth raising a support case, since a definitive root cause isn't always visible from client-side logs alone, and IFS support may need to investigate server-side.
