There's no built-in, native way within IFS to schedule an arbitrary format export of a view or table's data on a recurring basis — this isn't a standard IFS feature. The realistic route is building something external: write a script (for example, in Python using a library like cx_Oracle to connect directly to the database, combined with something like pandas to shape and export the data) that runs the query and writes it out in your desired format, then schedule that script to run on the required cadence using an OS-level scheduler like Windows Task Scheduler wrapped in a batch file. This works well for a recurring extract need, but it's infrastructure you build and maintain outside of IFS itself, not a configurable feature inside the application.
