Yes — separately from the OData Provider (which is indeed REST/OData-only), IFS Cloud still offers a distinct SOAP Gateway as its own integration mechanism specifically for legacy SOAP-based integrations. It's a different component from the REST APIs, aimed at easing a transition away from Apps10-era SOAP integrations rather than something built on top of OData, so 'no SOAP support' only applies to the OData layer, not to IFS Cloud's integration options as a whole.
