What's the difference between the "Use Live Data" and "Copy All Data" settings on an IAL configuration?

"Use Live Data" queries the source tables directly at runtime every time, so it's always current but adds ongoing load to the source database with no scheduling involved; "Copy All Data" instead takes a scheduled copy, meaning what you see reflects the state as of the last scheduled copy rather than the live source, trading currency for reduced runtime load.
