Why does a particular entity not appear in Query Designer's "All Entities" list, even though it's visible in the general entity list elsewhere?

Check whether the entity has Row Level Security defined — Query Designer's "All Entities" list has specifically required an entity to have RLS defined to be included, so an entity without RLS can be legitimately absent from that list without being missing from the platform.
