Trying to start an MRB (Material Review Board) case directly from a Purchase Order or its lines doesn't show an MRB option on right-click, even though MRB is used elsewhere in the system.

That's expected — an MRB case can only be initiated from four specific starting points: from Inventory Part in Stock, from a Shop Order, from a Purchase Order Receipt (not the Purchase Order or its lines directly), or from Inspection Management. If you're trying to raise an MRB case related to a purchase, doing so from the Purchase Order Receipt (once the goods have actually been received) rather than from the Purchase Order itself is the correct entry point.
