A large Notes-style custom field (an Info Card showing a long text field from a related record, like a Customer's notes field placed on a Customer Order header) has limited display space, and there's no obvious way to scroll to see the rest of the text. Is there a setting for this?

Yes — right-click on the note field itself and choose 'Empty row' from the context menu; this enables a scroll option for that Info Card field, letting you scroll through the full note text within the available space rather than needing to expand the field itself.
