A List or Chart Lobby element has a 'Target Column' configuration option, but a Counter-type element doesn't seem to offer that same option anywhere — is this missing, or genuinely not available for Counter elements?

Target Column genuinely isn't available for Counter elements — this is a deliberate difference in what each Lobby element type exposes, driven by each element type being purpose-built around different presentation/business use cases, rather than a bug or a missing configuration option that should otherwise be there.
