A Lobby chart's Data Source has been correctly configured to sort by the intended column, like a date column, but the chart visually still appears sorted by a different column, like an amount value, instead.

Check whether the chart element itself has its 'Top-N' option enabled — the Top-N feature can override or interact with the Data Source's own sort order in a way that isn't obvious from the Data Source configuration alone. Disabling it, if it isn't actually needed for that specific chart, can restore the Data Source's intended sort order in the rendered chart.
