A Lobby list element's navigation link uses page parameters for a partial/wildcard search (like a site code starting with certain letters), but using `%` wildcards or an equals-sign-based filter either includes the literal `%`/`=` in the search or returns no results.

Answer

Don't use % wildcards or an equals-based filter for this at all — use OData's startswith() function directly in the navigation link's $filter instead (for example, $filter=(startswith(Contract, 'OK'))), which performs the partial-match search correctly without any wildcard character needing to be embedded in the parameter value itself.
