Aurena's 'Page Help' button leads to a blank page for every screen tried, while the equivalent Page Help works correctly from IEE for the exact same screen — what's actually different about how each client resolves Page Help?

Answer

At that point, there wasn't yet a dedicated set of Aurena-specific help documentation pages backing this feature at all. Aurena's Page Help passes the current PROJECTION NAME into the help URL (e.g. /ifsdoc/documentation/en/EngineeringPartRevisions/List.htm), while IEE's Page Help instead passes the FORM NAME (e.g. /ifsdoc/documentation/en/Pdmcon/tbwEngPartRevision.htm) — since no actual documentation pages existed yet at the projection-keyed URL pattern Aurena generates, the resulting page comes back blank even though the underlying mechanism (passing a page identifier into a help URL) works correctly on both clients. In the meantime, use the separate 'Online Documentation' search feature instead, searching directly by the screen or topic name rather than relying on the contextual Page Help button — check current release notes for whether dedicated Aurena page help has since been added for your track.
