This is confirmed not achievable for a custom attribute through Page Designer configuration alone — custom attributes have real capability limitations compared to standard, code-backed attributes in this area, and IFS product development has indicated this is a limitation of the current design rather than something with a committed fix planned; achieving genuinely dynamic, field-driven LOV filtering on a custom attribute requires a real customization rather than a page-configuration-only approach.
