Changes to a Lobby's Data Source and Element aren't reflected in Aurena at all, even after clearing both the server-side cache and the lobby cache — what else could cause this besides caching?

Check whether the Lobby has a Site (or similar scoping) parameter, and whether the specific site currently being viewed actually has any data matching the change you made — if the change was made against a different site than the one the lobby is currently scoped to or filtering on, it will correctly show no change, since there's genuinely nothing new to display for that site. This can easily look like a caching problem when it's actually just a site/scope mismatch between where the change was made and what's being viewed.
