In a Person-reference field's dropdown and Find dialog (like selecting an approver on a Change Request approval step), only the Person ID is shown/searchable — is there a way to also show or search by the person's Name?

This has been confirmed not configurable through Page Designer for this kind of field — the underlying picker component doesn't currently expose a way to add the Name column to its dropdown or Find dialog. If having the Name visible/searchable there matters for your rollout, raising it as an Idea on IFS Community is the suggested path, since it's been acknowledged as something that could potentially be added but isn't currently supported.
