Page Designer's column order does affect both table view and list view — but if the user has their own column-order configuration saved in their personal and/or base profile, that profile-level setting takes precedence over the Page Designer order for that specific view. To get both views showing columns in the same sequence, you need to clear the relevant profile-level column-order overrides for the affected user (or base profile), letting the Page Designer order actually apply consistently in both views instead of being overridden in one of them.
