Yes — the same copy/paste-across-environments capability exists in Aurena, just triggered through the relevant command button on the object rather than an RMB context menu; the copy action shows a confirmation message on success, and pasting into the target environment completes the transfer the same way the classic EE clipboard mechanism does.
