In IEE, a Lobby can be set as the home page for a whole group of users via their shared Base Profile — since Base Profiles work differently in Aurena, is there still a way to set a shared home-page Lobby for a group, rather than configuring it individually per user via each user's own Recent Screens button?

Answer

Yes — Aurena still uses profiles under the hood, and the home-page configuration for Aurena specifically lives under the 'ifsweb' context/folder rather than being purely a per-user Recent-Screens setting. This gives a shared, profile-level way to configure a home-page Lobby for a group of users in Aurena, analogous to setting it via Base Profile in IEE, rather than needing to configure it individually for every user.
