This isn't currently possible — a Command (whether a zoom or a custom menu item) can navigate to exactly one fixed target page, optionally passing along a specific record to populate on arrival, but it can't branch to different target pages based on a field's runtime value; conditional, value-driven navigation to different pages isn't something the Commands framework supports today.
