Is there a setting to have a page's record selector load in a collapsed state by default, rather than expanded?

This isn't currently available as a configurable setting — that kind of per-user display preference would normally live in the user's personal profile, and personal-profile functionality for this level of page personalization is still incomplete in the web client, so there's no toggle to set it to collapsed by default yet.
