This isn't possible in the Enterprise Explorer client specifically — there's no setting to make a Lobby link open in an external browser rather than embedded inside IEE. However, accessing that same Lobby through the Aurena client or a plain web client instead does open web links directly in the actual browser, since those clients are themselves browser-based, sidestepping the limitation that's specific to the embedded-browser-based EE client.
